A Group Savings Program is intended to provide you with short-term and long-term savings tools and options to fit your needs.
All employees are eligible to receive matching contributions from Chipotle through the Group RRSP or TFSA upon completing 12 months of continuous service.
Chipotle will match 100% of an employee’s contribution on the first 3% of wages, and then 50% up to 5% of wages. Employees need to contribute 5% of wages to receive a 4% match from Chipotle.
If eligible to participate in the Group Savings Program, you will need to set up your Group RRSP or TFSA account with RBC, which will allow you to contribute directly from your pay to your new savings account. With Secure 2.0, Chipotle will match your eligible student loan payments in the form of an additional 401(k) employer contribution, This contribution, subject to annual limits, will be added to your account at the end of the year.
