Education Benefits
The Cultivate Education benefit provides a variety of options so you can find an educational program that fits your needs. Chipotle partners with Guild to administer these benefits. Visit Guild’s Chipotle Canada page for details.
What It Covers
The Cultivate Education benefit provides 100% reimbursement of tuition and mandatory fees, up to $5,250 CAD per calendar year, split over two $2,625 6-month funding windows (please refer to the Guild website for specific funding window dates), for:
- Specific Employer-Related Training taken to maintain or upgrade skills related to the Company’s business.
- General Employment Related Training including stress management, employment equity, first aid, and language training.
- Other courses not related to employment: taken for an Employee’s personal interest or benefit (i.e., courses in fields unrelated to the company’s business or employee’s current/future potential roles with the company)
- Review courses for a CPA, GMAT and/or GRE may be eligible for Educational Assistance. Actual exams will not be eligible for reimbursement. These review courses are still required to meet all other course criteria but are waived from the requirement that courses be part of a program leading toward a degree.
