What to Do

Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan (AHCIP)

Visit alberta.ca/ahcip to apply for coverage, make updates to your account, replace your card, or review services covered by AHCIP.

BC Medical Services Plan (MSP)

Fill out the Application for Group Enrolment form at benefits.unburritable.net and send it to Canadabenefits@chipotle.com ASAP after promotion or hire into a salaried position.

Ontario Health Insurance Policy (OHIP)

Contact the Ministry INFOline at 1-866-532-3161.

SunLife Supplemental Extended Health Care, Dental, Life Insurance, and Disability

Fill out the SunLife Enrolment Form and send it to Canadabenefits@chipotle.com within 30 days of completing your 3-month waiting period.

Retirement Savings

Call 1-888-769-2566 or visit your local RBC branch. Be prepared to provide the plan number:
  • GRSP #024725
  • TFSA#024726

Cultivate Education

Visit global.guildeducation.com/na/chipotle-canada/ for more information. Requests for tuition reimbursement must be submitted within 60 days of your course completion date.
